1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging Four Pillars Printing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for wholesale print-on-demand services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Four Pillars Printing provides wholesale print-on-demand book manufacturing and fulfillment services to content creators and businesses. Our services include:
- Book printing and production
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Integration with e-commerce platforms
- Quality control and content review
- Return and replacement processing
- WHOLESALE NATURE OF SERVICES: Our services are provided on a wholesale basis to business customers who resell printed products to end consumers.
3. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 Customer Content Responsibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have necessary rights to all content submitted for printing
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses
3.2 Content Review Rights
We reserve the right to review and reject any content at our sole discretion without specific justification.
3.3 Intellectual Property Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from alleged intellectual property infringement related to your submitted content.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Billing Structure
- Per-Item Charges: Based on current pricing for book specifications
- Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination and method
- Billing Frequency: Weekly billing with Net 7 payment terms
4.2 Late Payment Terms
- Interest: 1% monthly interest (12% annual) on past due amounts
- Administrative Fee: $35 fee for late payments
- Collection Costs: Customer responsible for all reasonable collection costs including attorney fees
4.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customer is solely responsible for all chargeback disputes, payment reversals, and related issues between end customers and Customer. Company is not liable for any costs, fees, or losses associated with chargebacks. Customer agrees to indemnify Company against any chargeback-related claims or expenses.
5. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
5.1 Production Timeline
- Standard Fulfillment: Typically 5 business days from order acceptance
- Extended Timeline: Up to 21 business days during high-volume periods
5.2 Shipping and Risk of Loss
- Risk Transfer: Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon shipment
- Shipping Costs: Borne by Customer and passed through to end customers
6. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RETURNS
6.1 Defective Product Replacement
We will replace damaged or defective products at no charge if reported:
- Within 15 days of delivery, OR
- Within 30 days of shipment for non-delivered orders
6.2 Return Process
- Replacement requests must be submitted through our customer portal
- Customer manages all end-customer service relationships
7. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Critical Tax Notice
IMPORTANT: As a wholesale service provider, we do not collect or remit sales tax, VAT, or other consumption taxes on behalf of customers.
7.2 Customer Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for:
- Determining applicable tax obligations for your business
- Collecting and remitting ALL required taxes (sales tax, VAT, income tax, etc.)
- Maintaining proper tax records and documentation
- Complying with all tax laws in jurisdictions where you conduct business
7.3 Tax Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Company against any tax liabilities, penalties, or assessments arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax laws.
8. DATA OWNERSHIP AND PRIVACY
8.1 Customer Data
- End Customer Data: You retain ownership of all end-customer information
- Order Data: We process order information solely to fulfill services
8.2 Data Protection Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding end-customer data.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Liability Caps
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.2 Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your submitted content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws
11. TERMINATION
11.1 Termination Rights
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
11.2 Immediate Termination
We may immediately terminate for:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of amounts due
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
12.2 Mandatory Mediation and Arbitration
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS:
12.2.1 Process
- Good Faith Negotiation: 30 days direct negotiation required first
- Mediation: AAA or JAMS mediation in Spokane, Washington if negotiation fails
- Arbitration: Binding AAA arbitration if mediation unsuccessful within 60 days
12.2.2 Arbitration Details
- Location: Spokane, Washington (or virtual by agreement)
- Arbitrator: Single arbitrator with commercial printing experience
- Costs: Each party bears attorney fees; arbitrator fees split equally
12.2.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND COMPANY AGREE DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. No class actions, consolidated proceedings, or representative actions permitted.
12.3 Limitation Period
Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements.
13.2 Amendment
We may modify these Terms by posting updates at fourpillarsprinting.com/wholesale-pod-terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13.3 Force Majeure
Neither party liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These terms are effective immediately upon first use of services or payment of any invoice. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
